According to the Rites of Zhou (Zhouli), Office of Summer, Bureau of Regional Administration: In Qingzhou, the rivers are the Yi and the Shu.
According to the Sub-commentary (Shu): The Shu originates in Dongguan.
According to the History of the Former Han (Qianhan Shu), Treatise on Geography: In Langye Commandery, Dongguan County, there is the Shu River, which flows south to Xiapi and enters the Si River.
