Both sound like lì. It is a place name. In Spring and Autumn Annals (Chūnqiū), Duke Xi, first year: "Defeated Ju at Lì." The commentary notes: "A place in Lu." Also, according to Tangyun (Tángyùn), the pronunciation is láng jī qiè; according to Jiyun, Yunhui (Yùnhuì), and Zhengdun (Zhèngdùn), it is láng dí qiè. Both sound like lì. Also a place name. In Records of Emperor Gao of Han (Qián Hàn Gāo Dì Jì): "Together they attacked Xi and Lì, and both surrendered." The commentary notes: "Lì is Kikutan County." The Treatise on Geography (Dìlǐ Zhì) states it belonged to Neixiang County, Deng Prefecture, Nanyang. Also a surname. In Records of Emperor Gao of Han: "Lì Yìjī served as the village gate supervisor." The commentary notes: "Pronounced lì yì jī."
