Guangyun: Pronounced lang. Jiyun, Yunhui, and Zhengyun: Pronounced lang. Book of Changes (Yijing), Explanation of the Trigrams: The trigram Zhen represents Canglang bamboo. Commentary: Canglang refers to young bamboo. Bamboo extends to the southeast; Zhen represents the east, therefore Zhen is associated with Canglang bamboo.
Also the name of a mountain. Sichuan Gazette (Sichuan zhi): Sunlang Mountain is located fifty or more li northwest of the Dadu River and is called Qianlang. Continuing for several dozen li further, there is Houlang Mountain, which is full of bamboo shoots, hence the name.
