Xu Collection, Middle Volume Radical: Mound (fù) 陡 Kangxi radical strokes: 15; Page number: 1352, entry 02 In Guangyun (Guǎngyùn), Jiyun (Jíyùn), Yunhui (Yùnhuì), and Zhengyun (Zhèngyùn), pronounced dāngkǒu qiē, with the sound of dòu. According to Yupian (Yùpiān), a place name. Also, in Guangyun and Jiyun, it is the same as 阧. Refer to the note on the preceding character 阧. Du Fu's "Ode to the Righteous Falcon" (Yìgǔxíng): "Suddenly ascending, it twisted its solitary shadow." Also, in Zhengyun, it means sudden or abrupt. It is also written as 斗.
