Guangyun (broad rhymes), Jiyun (collected rhymes), and Zhengyun (correct rhymes) record the pronunciation as zhi. It refers to a foundation. Liu Jian in his Poem for the Long Spring Festival wrote: The foundations of peace last for a thousand years, the unification of chariots and books endures for all eternity. It is the same as the variant form zhi.
