It is a device for winding silk. Guangya (Guangya) states that a yuan is called a yue. In the Fangyan (Fangyan) by Yangzi, it is stated that a yue is a yuan; in the regions between Yan, Yu, He, and Ji, it is called a yuan. Guo commentary states that it is a device used for reeling silk. It is the same as the character luo.
