Pronounced yue. Describes the appearance of a vast body of water. Cited in the Rhapsody on the Yangtze River (Jiang Fu) by Guo Pu, which contains the phrase, "surging and colliding, rushing and swirling." The commentary explains that these terms describe the appearance of waters crashing and surging against one another.
Also, pronounced yue. The meaning is the same.
