Also, in the Approaching Elegance (Erya), Explanation of Words: it means to rise or flourish.
From the Book of Rites (Zhouli), Spring Office, Master of Reed Pipes: to set up musical instruments.
Also, according to the Collected Rhymes (Jiyun) and Correct Rhymes (Zhengyun), pronounced qin. According to the Extended Rhymes (Guangyun): same meaning as above.
