Broad Rimes (Guangyun), Collected Rimes (Jiyun), and Collection of Rimes (Yunhui) define it as clear wine. Collected Rimes (Jiyun) defines it as a fine wine from Xiangdong. Baopuzi (Master Who Embraces Simplicity), chapter on Retreating, states: The cold spring is more delicious than linglu wine. Pan Ni, in his Poem in Response to an Imperial Edict, writes: Feathered cups fly with linglu wine, and fragrant dishes are replete with rare delicacies.
