According to the Guangyun (Guangyun), Jiyun (Jiyun), Yunhui (Yunhui), and Zhengxun (Zhengxun), the character is pronounced with the fanqie spelling fangwu qie, giving the sound fu. Zhengxun: It was Zuo Fengyi County, and during the Sui dynasty, Fuzhou was established. Records of the Grand Historian (Shiji), Annals of Qin: "Initially Fuzhi was created." Commentary: "Fuxian County was subordinate to Fengyi Commandery. A zhi (sacrificial altar) was built in the Fudao area, hence it was called Fuzhi." Also, according to the Guangyun and Jiyun, it is pronounced with the fanqie spelling lugu qie, giving the sound lu. It refers to a place name. Shuowen (Shuowen): Originally written as lu (a rare character).
