As recorded in the Book of Sounds (Guangyun), it refers to a meat platter or side table. According to the Regional Languages (Fangyan), in the regions of Shu and Han, it is called si.
Also pronounced ce. The meaning is the same.
Also pronounced xi. The meaning is the same. It is the name of a tree, which can be used to make implements.
Also pronounced zhi. It refers to a board placed on a foundation stone under a pillar.

Regional Languages (Fangyan) states that it is a meat platter or side table; in the regions of Shu and Han, it is called si. In accordance with the original text, the word yes is added after the word table.
