Also pronounced ni (falling tone). The term se-shuan describes the appearance of rain and dew. Also, in the Luxuriant Gems of the Spring and Autumn Annals (Chunqiu Fanlu), in the Eulogy on Mountains and Rivers, it is stated that small ones can be used as boats or carriages to float upon the water.
