Pronounced li (rising tone).
Li-yi: A mountain landscape that is low, flat, and stretching. Sometimes also written in a variant form (lǐyǐ).
Model Sayings (Fayan): Observe the Eastern Peak to understand the low and stretching nature of the many mountains.
It also refers to the undulating, rising and falling path.
Ganquan Rhapsody (Ganquan Fu): Ascending and descending along the undulating path.
Correction of Characters (Zhengzitong): Originally written as the present character. The original form was written with the radical for bad (can).
