Shuowen Jiezi (Shuowen) states it is a town in Lu. Yupian states it is Sha Qun county in Jibei. Zhengzitong notes it is sometimes also written as huan (讙). In Zuo Commentary (Zuozhuan), Duke Ding, Year 10, it states: "The people of Qi returned the fields of Yun, Huan, and Guiyin." Shuowen Jiezi cites the Commentary as having 酄. Also, Jiyun states it is pronounced qū yuán qiè, sounding like juàn. It is a place name in Wenxi County.
