Note: According to the Collected Rhymes (Jiyun), the bamboo flute (chi) is pronounced chi, which is the same as 竾. When the bamboo flute (chi) is pronounced hu, both the pronunciation and meaning are different. The character for bamboo flute (chi) has now been corrected based on this research.
