Collected Rimes (Jiyun) states: pronounced zhen (rising tone). It means to pull or twist. In the Huainanzi (Huainanzi): Spirit Training (Jingshen Xun), it says: Even if heaven and earth overturn and nurture, one still does not embrace (zhen) it. The commentary notes: it means to hold onto.
Also, in the Tang Rimes (Tangyun) and Collected Rimes (Jiyun): pronounced xian (third tone). According to the Expanded Glossaries (Guangya): it means to turn one's back. Sometimes written in a variant form.
Also, in the Collected Rimes (Jiyun): pronounced tian (third tone), and also pronounced tian (rising tone). The meaning is the same.
