Collected Rimes (Jiyun): Pronounced gui. The appearance of a mountain that is high, steep, and prominent. Also, Collected Rimes (Jiyun): Pronounced jue. The name of an ancient vessel used for placing sacrificial offerings during rituals. Book of Rites (Liji): In the Mingtang Position chapter, it is written that the Xia dynasty used the jue. Commentary: The meaning of jue is the same as jue. It refers to the part of the vessel in the middle of the base that is shaped to provide horizontal support. In the Rites of Zhou (Zhouli), it is called a ju.
Textual research: In the Book of Rites (Liji), Mingtang Position chapter, the original text states the Xia dynasty used the jue. In accordance with the original text, the word used has been corrected to refer to the vessel.
