According to the Tang Rhyme (Tangyun), pronounced bian. Bianzhu is the name of a type of grass. The Erya (Erya) records it as zhu bianxu. The commentary states that it grows flat against the ground, has white flowers between the nodes, and has fine green leaves; people call it bianzhu. According to the Expanded Rhyme (Guangyun), it is pronounced bian. The meaning is the same. According to the Collected Rhymes (Jiyun), it is pronounced pian. Bian refers to the appearance of plants swaying.
Textual research: In the Erya (Erya), record of plants, it is written as zhu bianxu. The note states that it grows by spreading on the ground. The text has been corrected according to the original note.
