Sea Rhapsody (Haifu) by Mu Hua: Rising and falling with a rapid surging sound. Annotation: Rapid surging is the appearance of a swift current.
Also means to rub or scrape against. Sea Rhapsody (Haifu) by Mu Hua: Spray and splashing collide, the momentum of the water clashing and rubbing.
