Pronounced pi. Linggu 銔 is the name of a type of banner. According to the Zuo Commentary on the Spring and Autumn Annals (Zuozhuan), in the tenth year of Duke Zhao, after Duke Jing of Qi consulted the oracle, he decided to send Wang Hei to lead the army into battle carrying the Linggu 銔 banner; the divination indicated a favorable outcome. The annotation states that Wang Hei was a high official of the State of Qi, and Linggu 銔 is the name of the banner. The sub-commentary notes that the result of the divination was that sending Wang Hei to use this banner to lead the army would result in good fortune. Also, according to the Collected Rhymes (Jiyun), it is pronounced pi, with the same meaning.
