In the Dao of Heaven chapter of the Zhuangzi, it states: There is a surplus of vegetables in the rodent burrow, yet to abandon the younger sister is inhuman. The commentary states: This refers to minor learning that is not induced or accepted, and is thus abandoned. Considering the context, it should likely be written as younger sister.
Lin Yunming's Zhuangzi Yin states: All interpretations regarding the abandonment of the younger sister are unsatisfactory. Roughly speaking, it means that one has a surplus of food, yet abandons one's younger sister without providing for her; this is what is called inhuman. This interpretation is correct.
Also, the wife of Jie was named Moxi, commonly written as Moxi. According to the commentary in the History of the Roads (Lushi), since younger sister is used to refer to a younger sister, it seems it should properly be written with the character for younger sister.
