Guangyun, Jiyun, Yunhui: Pronounced lan (falling tone).
Guangyun: To cook thoroughly with fire.
Yangzi Fangyan: In the region north of the Yellow River, between the Zhao and Wei states, cooking until thoroughly done is called lan.
Zuo Zhuan (Zuozhuan), Year 3 of Duke Ding: The Viscount of Zhu fell from his bed and into the charcoal stove, where he was burned until charred.
Also, Guangyun: Meaning bright or luminous.
Book of Odes (Shijing), Zheng Feng: Bright stars twinkling and shining.
Book of Odes (Shijing), Tang Feng: The brocade quilt is brilliant and lustrous.
