Name of a river. Book of Documents (Shujing), Tribute of Yu (Yugong): From Mount Bozhong the Yang flows east to become the Han.
Also the Milky Way. Erya, Explanation of Heaven (Shitian): The space between the Winnowing Basket and Dipper constellations is the Han crossing. Records of the Grand Historian (Shiji), Treatise on the Celestial Offices (Tianguanshu): The Han is also the scattered essence of metal.
