Rites of Zhou (Zhouli), Offices of Heaven (Tianguan), Official of Wine (Jiuzheng): Used to provide the four drinks and three wines for the King. Commentary: Refers to the preparation and serving of these items.
Ceremonial and Ritual (Yili), Feasting Rites (Yanli): The head chef prepares the officials, serving the meal to the east of the sleeping quarters. Commentary: Preparing the items required by the officials refers to the wine, sacrificial animals, dried meat, and pickled foods.
