The *Erya* (Eryayue) chapter "Explaining Fish" (Shīyú) mentions the fish "鱧" (lǐ). The commentary (Zhù) explains that "鱧" is "鮦". The annotation (Shū) further clarifies that "鱧" is the current fish "䱰" (lǐ). The characters "鮦" and "䱰" have the same pronunciation and meaning.
