Guangyun (Guangyun), Jiyun (Jiyun), and Yunhui (Yunhui) note the pronunciation as "yu yuan qie," same pronunciation as "yuan." Shuowen Jiezi (Shuowen Jiezi) explains it as: the thing at the back of a large cart that serves to suppress or balance it. Also seen in Guangyun (Guangyun) and Yunhui (Yunhui) noting the pronunciation as "yu yun qie," same pronunciation as "yun." The meaning is the same. Also seen in Guangyun (Guangyun) noting the pronunciation as "yu fen qie," Yunhui (Yunhui) as "wei fen qie," and Dengyun (Dengyun) as "wu wen qie," same pronunciation as "wen."
