Zi Collection, Upper Volume, Page 276, Entry 05 Radical: Fish (yú) Pronounced yin Meaning: To help. Zhu Mouyi said: 㞤 is an ancient character for 岑, derived from the character 今 by omission. It describes a solitary high mountain, using a person to symbolize its shape, and adding the character 山 to clarify what it refers to. Zheng Zitong, based on this explanation, believes that the pronunciation and definition in Zihui are both incorrect. 㞤 is confused with 㞥 in Shuowen Jiezi, and Zhu Mouyi's explanation is also wrong.
