Zi Collection, Upper Volume, Page 3, Entry 01 Pronounced yi (entering tone) In the "Guangyun" (Guangyun), it is pronounced with the fanqie yi zhi qie (夷质切); in the "Jiyun" (Jiyun), it is pronounced with the fanqie yi zhi qie (弋质切). The "Yupian" (Yupian) explains it as a horse running fast, and also as a summons. Furthermore, the "Shuowen Jiezi" (Shuowen Jiezi) states that it refers to a horse having swift leg strength. Also, in the "Guangyun" (Guangyun) and "Jiyun" (Jiyun), it is pronounced with the fanqie tu jie qie (徒结切), and the pronunciation is zhi (姪). The meaning is the same.
