In the "Wang Sun Fu" by Wang Yanshou, it is written "chún sà yǐ kuò". The annotation explains: kuò, is the appearance of closing the mouth. Some editions write it as 〈kāi mào〉. Furthermore, the "Zhengzitong" records: refers to an infant spitting up milk. The original character is written "xiàn", also written "pēn", found in the Mouth radical. The "Zihui" annotates "kuò" as "xiàn" and explains it as spitting up milk, which is incorrect.
