Pronounced xu ji qie in Guangyun, and xin ji qie in Jiyun, with the same pronunciation as "xì". Jiyun explains it as "nèi xīn bù néng ān dìng" (inner heart unable to be at peace) is called "hù". Yupian records this character as being the same as "fù".
