From Collected Rhymes (Jiyun) and Rhyme Compendium (Yunhui), yú wǔ qiē. Pronounced wu. A county name. In Zuo Commentary (Zuozhuan), Duke Yin, 11th year: "The King took the fields of Wu, Liu, Wei, and Yu from Zheng." The annotation states: "To the southwest of Gaoshi County in Henan, there is a Wu settlement." Also a Jin state territory. In Zuo Commentary (Zuozhuan), Duke Zhao, 28th year: "Sima Mimu served as the Grand Master of Wu." The annotation states: "Today, in Jiexiu County, Fenzhou Prefecture, there is an old Wu city." Also, from Broad Rhymes (Guangyun), ài dū qiē. From Collected Rhymes (Jiyun), wāng hú qiē. Both pronounce it wu. Also, from Broad Rhymes (Guangyun), yī jù qiē. From Collected Rhymes (Jiyun), yī jù qiē. Both pronounce it yu. The meaning is the same. Textual Correction: In Zuo Commentary (Zuozhuan), Duke Yin, 11th year, the passage "王取鄔刘蔿之田于郑" (The King took the fields of Wu, Liu, Wei from Zheng) was carefully corrected to include "邘" (Yu) according to the original text.
