Tang Rhyme (Tángyùn) gives the pronunciation as suǒ jiū qiè. Jiyun (Jíyùn) gives the pronunciation as shū jiū qiè, pronounced sōu.
It is a country of the northern Long Di (Chángdí). In the Xia dynasty, it was the Fangfeng clan; in the Yin (Shang) dynasty, it was the Wangmang clan. — Shuowen Jiezi (Shuōwén Jiézì)
The Suimán invaded Qi. — Zuo Commentary (Zuǒzhuàn), Eleventh Year of Duke Wen
Note: Suimán is the name of a Di (dí) state. Descendants of the Fangfeng clan, their surname was Qī.
Also, Jiyun gives the pronunciation as sū zāo qiè, pronounced sāo. The meaning is the same.
Sometimes also written in a variant form pronounced sōu. — Shuowen Jiezi
Correction: The quote from Shuowen Jiezi stating "In the Yin (Shang) dynasty, it was the Wangyún clan" has been carefully corrected according to the original text, changing the character pronounced yún to máng.
