Shuowen Jiezi (Shuowen) defines this as the meaning of dwelling, composed of the components for roof and wood. Xu Shen remarks that wood is used to construct houses for people to dwell in. It is also the name of a state, the territory where Weizi was enfeoffed, being the area of Shangqiu where Ebo once resided.
Zuo Tradition (Zuozhuan), Seventeenth Year of Duke Zhao: The State of Song is the region corresponding to the Great Fire Star.
It is also the name of a prefecture. During the Sui Dynasty, Song Prefecture was established as Yingtian Prefecture, which is the present-day Guide Prefecture in Henan. It is also a surname.
