The commentary on the Book of Han (Hanshu) writes it as Zifei. The Spring and Autumn Annals of Master Lu (Lüshi Chunqiu) writes it as Cifei. There is also a claim that it is written as Cifei. Note: The General Dictionary of Correct Characters (Zhengzitong) argues that the character for this entry does not have the pronunciation of ci, which is incorrect.
