The commentary explains: A 痤 (cuó) is a festering sore that should be removed to dispel illness, and not allowed to grow into a poisonous ulcer. Note: No rhyme dictionaries have recorded this character, except for the annotations in "Hongwu Zhengyun," where it is supplemented into the Wū and Mò rhyme categories. This is a lost character.
