"Zhengzitong" states that the characters 疒 and 疒 are interchangeable. The pronunciation is Pāi Bī (entering tone). "Han Feizi: Chapter on显学 (Xiánxué)" records: If an infant's hair is not shaved, they will suffer from stomach pain; if sores are not treated, their condition will worsen. The commentary explains: A 痤 (cuó) is a festering sore that should be removed to dispel illness, and not allowed to grow into a poisonous ulcer. Note: No rhyme dictionaries have recorded this character, except for the annotations in "Hongwu Zhengyun," where it is supplemented into the Wū and Mò rhyme categories. This is a lost character.
