Zi Collection, Upper Volume, Page 740, Entry 06 Pronounced ni (falling tone) and nie (falling tone) in the Guangyun (Guangyun) and Jiyun (Jiyun) respectively, with the same pronunciation as "nie". The Boya (Boya) explains it as mending. The Yupian (Yupian) explains it as joining and mending. The Guangyun (Guangyun) explains it as mending clothes. Additionally, in "Wang Renshou's Fu on Wangsun", there is a sentence "zan na fa yi nie fu" (temporarily tie hair to bind). The commentary explains it as binding with a rope. Furthermore, in the Jiyun (Jiyun), it is pronounced ni (falling tone) and nie (falling tone), with the same pronunciation as "ye". The meaning is the same.
