Pronounced lü (falling tone) according to the "Tang Yun" (Tang Yun), and liang ju qie according to the "Ji Yun" (Ji Yun). Pronounced the same as "lü". The "Guang Yun" (Guang Yun) explains it as the name of a tree that can be used to make arrow shafts. There is also a tree called "yang song," a variant of the pine tree. The "History of the Southern Dynasties: Biographies of Filial and Righteous" (Nanshi: Xiaoyi Zhuan) records that when Yu Shami's mother died, he wept and wailed day and night, and suddenly over a hundred yang song trees grew beside his grave, with lush branches and leaves, very different from ordinary pine trees.
