Pronounced kui. "The Rhyme of Tang (Tang Yun)" uses ku gui to rhyme, and "Collected Rhymes (Jiyun)" uses qing xi to rhyme. "Thesaurus of Characters (Yupian)" explains it as a hook that bends in the middle. It is the same as the character 㨒. The commentary on "fei jie li" in "Ceremonies of the Village Drinking Ceremony (Yili)" states that li means "to split apart." It is sometimes written as 㨒.
