Also, Zhengzitong (Zhèngzìtōng) states that Jiapu City is in Ruzhou, and Jiapu County is in Xiangyang. During the Han dynasty, it belonged to Yingchuan Commandery.
Also, Zihui Bu (Zìhuì Bǔ) states that a room by the gate is called a Jiapu Room. A cook cut a chicken in the Jiapu Room. — Dadai Liji (Dàdài Lǐjì)
Emendation:
The Zihui Bu (Zìhuì Bǔ) entry originally stated "men jiao zhi shi yue jiá shi", meaning "a room in the suburbs of the gate is called a Jiapu room". This has been carefully corrected to "men jiá zhi shi yue jiá shi", meaning "a room by the gate is called a Jiapu room", adhering to the original text. For the Dadai Liji (Dàdài Lǐjì) citation, the original text "yong rén gē jī wū xià, dāng mén jiá shi" (a cook cut a chicken under the roof, at the gate, Jiapu room) is noted such that the two characters "jiá shi" (Jiapu room) should be read with the following text and are not connected to "dāng mén" (at the gate). It is now corrected according to the original text to "jiá shi yong rén gē jī yú shi zhōng", meaning "a cook cut a chicken in the Jiapu Room".
