Pronounced hui (falling tone)
《Tang Yun》, 《Ji Yun》, 《Yun Hui》, 《Zheng Yun》: Pronounced dui (falling tone), same pronunciation as "hui".
《Shuowen Jiezi》 explains it as: stopping midway.
Sima Fa states: When an army is numerous, some will "hui". "Hui" means to stop.
In Zuo Si's "Wei Du Fu", there is the sentence "Xī piān duò yǐ huì liè". The commentary explains: "Hui lie" means sometimes stopping and sometimes arranging.
