The pronunciation is the same as "huo." The "Yupian" (Yupian) explains it as the appearance of looking in fright. Yang Xiong's "Shudu Fu" (Shudu Fu) uses it in the phrase "long xu yan xi zong bu lie." The "Jiyun" (Jiyun) records that this character is also written as "shuo."
