Pronounced hu guan (falling tone) in Guangyun (Guangyun), and hu guan (falling tone) in Jiyun (Jiyun), with the same pronunciation as huan (falling tone). The Yùpiān (Yùpiān) explains it as meaning bright. Also used as a surname. The Xingshi Jìujiù Piān (Xingshi Jìujiù Piān) records that there was a Jin Dynasty Zhonglang General, Huan Qing, and a Song Dynasty scholar Zhu Zi's disciple, Huan Yuan.
