Explained in Yangzi's Fangyan as agitated water flow. Also, pronounced huo (fourth tone) guo (fourth tone) in Jiyun, pronounced the same as "huo". Same as the character "zhun". Refers to the sound of water. Han Yu's "Lan Tian Ting Bi Ji" writes: The sound of water was 㶁㶁, sounding along the steps.
