Pronounced gu (falling tone) in the Guangyun, and ju (falling tone) in the Jiyun, with the same pronunciation as "gèn". Same meaning as "䱭". The "Records of the Grand Historian: Biography of Sima Xiangru" records "䱍䲛螹离". Guo Pu explained: 䱍䲛 refers to the great sturgeon. Li Qi said: The Zhouluo region calls it great sturgeon, and the Shu region calls it 䱍䲛. This fish emerges from caves in Mount Gong. In the third lunar month, it swims upstream against the Yellow River. If it can cross the boundary of Longmen, it will transform into a dragon.
