According to the Jade Chapters (Yupian) and the Broad Rimes (Guangyun), pronounced fou. According to the Elegant Dictionary (Boya), it means to spoil or to rot.
Also, according to the Tang Rimes (Tangyun), pronounced fu (rising tone). According to the Collected Rimes (Jiyun), pronounced fu (rising tone). It refers to the white mold that grows on spoiled food.
Also, according to the Collected Rimes (Jiyun), pronounced fu (falling tone). The meaning is the same.

It means to die or fall over.
