Pronounced ru zhi qie in Guangyun, and ren zhi qie in Jiyun. The pronunciation is the same as "er". Shuowen Jiezi explains it as: the appearance of a round object that is thoroughly cooked. Also, in Guangyun, it is pronounced hu guan qie, and the pronunciation is the same as "wan". The meaning is the same as the previous explanation. Also, Jiyun indicates that it is the same as the character "nuo". Note: Shuowen Jiezi classifies this character under the "wan" radical. It is now merged and included according to Zhengzitong.
