Pronounced chōng shuì, same pronunciation as "suì". In "Bo Ya", it is explained as gratitude. Also, "Shuowen Jiezi" explains it as frequent sacrifices. Pronounced like "chǎn" in "chōng mài wèi chǎn". "Xu Xuan's Commentary" states that it refers to milling grain, but this usage is no longer current. Also, in "Jiyun", the pronunciation is noted as qiān duǎn, same pronunciation as "jié". The meaning is the same.
