From "Tang Yun" (Tang Yun), pronounced with the fanqie of "chi" (尺) and "shi" (氏). From "Ji Yun" (Ji Yun) and "Yun Hui" (Yun Hui), pronounced with the fanqie of "chang" (敞) and "er" (尔). From "Zheng Yun" (Zheng Yun), pronounced with the fanqie of "chi" (尺) and "li" (里). The pronunciation is the same as "chi" (侈). "Shuowen Jiezi" (Shuowen Jiezi) explains it as broad. "Yupian" (Yupian) explains it as vast. "Wu Yu" (Wu Yu) records "jia gou er chi wo" (夹沟而㢋我), with a note stating that "chi wo" (㢋我) means to pull and drag, causing its posture to disperse and expand. Wei Zhao says this refers to striking from the side. In "Ji Yun" (Ji Yun), it is sometimes written as "an" (㢋).
