The Zhengzitong (Zhengzitong) states that the character "chu" is derived from the "Pi" radical. The form from the "Foot" radical is a common variant. Note: According to the "Han Pan Gan Xiao Guan Bei" and "Li Xi Ai Ge Song" recorded in the Lishi (Lishi), the character "chu" is written as "䠂".
